- ██ EDITING A RECORD
- There will be times when you will want to make some
- changes in one or more records in your database.
- The simplest method is to use the EDIT command. The
- EDIT command is in the Up Date Menu.

- ██ To EDIT a record open the database MEMBERS.
- Start by being in the Set Up option.
- The "Database file " is highlighted.
- Press <Enter> key.
- Select the A: drive. This is where the MEMBERS file
- is saved.
- Press <Enter> key.

- ██ Highlight the MEMBERS file... press <Enter> key.
- Press N for "No the file is not indexed".
- You are returned to the Set Up menu.

- Press <ESC> key to return to Menu.

- Select "VIEW/PRINT RECORDS", then press <Enter> key.
