  6.   ██    EDITING A RECORD
  7.         There will be times when you will want to make some
  8.         changes in one or more records in your database.
  9.         The simplest method is to use the EDIT command. The
  10.         EDIT command is in the Up Date Menu.
  11.              
  12.   ██    To EDIT a record open the database MEMBERS.
  13.         Start by being in the Set Up option.
  14.         The "Database file " is highlighted.
  15.         Press <Enter> key.
  16.         Select the A: drive. This is where the MEMBERS file
  17.         is saved.
  18.         Press <Enter> key.
  19.              
  20.   ██    Highlight the MEMBERS file... press <Enter> key.
  21.         Press N for "No the file is not indexed".
  22.         You are returned to the Set Up menu.
  23.     
  24.                    Press <ESC> key to return to Menu.
  25.    
  26.        Select "VIEW/PRINT RECORDS", then press <Enter> key.
